Defined the product vision for an AI-powered learning assistant that enhances courses with real-time, personalized support and coaching.
Designed the end-to-end user experience for both course administrators and learners, including admin setup and configuration flows, and conversational UI patterns for learner interactions.
Conducted market validation through interviews, competitive analysis, and SME consultations to confirm demand for an AI learning assistant and define the core value proposition.
Built prototypes and led usability testing, refining interaction models and aligning the tool with adult learning best practices.
Partnered cross-functionally with engineering and instructional design teams to translate learning requirements into product requirements.
Designed all final visual UI for the product, creating a cohesive visual system across admin and learner interfaces, and led the design of the public-facing launch website to support go-to-market efforts.
