Defined the product vision and feature set for an all-in-one virtual event platform combining schedules, resources, gamified modules, and real-time attendee engagement.
Designed the complete user experience for both organizers and attendees, including organizer edit-mode workflows, and intuitive attendee navigation during live events.
Created the interaction models and UI architecture for quizzes, challenges, point scoring, and the dynamic event leaderboard experience.
Designed all final interface visuals, ensuring a cohesive design system across organizer tools, attendee views, and the event’s branded environment.
Conducted market and competitive research on virtual event platforms and LMS features to validate the need for an integrated gamification layer and to guide feature prioritization.
