  • Defined the product vision and feature set for an all-in-one virtual event platform combining schedules, resources, gamified modules, and real-time attendee engagement.

  • Designed the complete user experience for both organizers and attendees, including organizer edit-mode workflows, and intuitive attendee navigation during live events.

  • Created the interaction models and UI architecture for quizzes, challenges, point scoring, and the dynamic event leaderboard experience.

  • Designed all final interface visuals, ensuring a cohesive design system across organizer tools, attendee views, and the event’s branded environment.

  • Conducted market and competitive research on virtual event platforms and LMS features to validate the need for an integrated gamification layer and to guide feature prioritization.

  • Collaborated closely with engineering and content teams to translate event requirements into clear technical specs and component-level behaviours.
